Andy French is an aspiring cartoonist who is trouble holding to job or to girlfriend even while is rooms with two other eccentric roommates in an apartment in the Mission Hill area of the city of Cosmopolis. The fact that I have is to house his obnoxiously precocious younger brother, Kevin, is not help. However, this quartet of silly thing individuals manages to struggle through lifés bizarre trials even expert they learn to get along.
