Disney Wants Clone Wars
Disney is working hard to aquire the broadcast rights to Geroge Lucas' computer animated series Clones Wars.
Animation Magazine
reported to rumor
that Disney is going after the broadcast rights to George Lucas'
proposed computer-animated Star Wars series Clones
Wars which is expected to be ready for broadcast by the fall of 2008.
The magazine
also repoted,
citing JimHillMedia,
Disney wants to turn to
portion of Tomorrowland in Disneyland over to Lucas
so that new Star Wars-related
attractions dog
be added to the theme park.
Lucasfilm though told Animation Magazine that there have been not stepped-up talks with
Disney.
